Individual/ Joint Account (Cash /Margin Account)

Please complete and return the Account Opening Form to our company together with the followings:

1. ID Card(s) or Passport(s)
2. Proof of residential address (within the latest 3 months, such as public utilities bills)
3. Bank account information such as bank name and account number
4. Acknowledgement by Client
5. A cheque issued by a Hong Kong licensed bank
   1. with a sum not less than HK$10,000 made payable to "Lamtex Securities Limited"
   2. Bearing your name identical to your identity documents.
   3. Bearing your signature identical to the signature shown on the Account Opening Form.
6. Name and signature of Witness such as branch manager of BOC/ICBC by a professional person.

 

Corporate Account (Cash/ Margin Account)

Please complete and return the Account Opening Form to our company together with the followings:

1. Certified copy of Board resolution for account opening
2. Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
3. Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate
4. Certified copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
5. HKID Card(s) or Passport(s) of all authorized person(s)
6. Certified copy of Annual Return
7. Certified copy of latest audited report
8. For oversea companies, please also provide various certificates (including but not limited to Certificate of Good Standing and Certificate of Incumbency etc.)
